How does it go up?
Clean the wall with a dry cloth, peel the backing a little at a time and smooth out the bubbles as you go.

No. Magnets and markers are sold separately. The six magnet sets shown above all hold on it.
Can they draw on it?
Yes, with wet-erase chalk markers. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
